Genital warts, moist warts, fig warts or venereal warts are different names for one sexually transmitted disease.

Approximately, one million new cases of Genital Warts are diagnosed in the United States, every year. It is estimated that two-thirds of persons coming in contact with warts will develop symptoms, within three months. The causative organisms are different strains from human papilloma virus (HPV): There are about 60 types of HPV.

Genital Warts, infection are different from person to person and from one area to another on the body. Incubation period of Warts is about one to eight months from the original infection.

Genital Warts, tend to be small flat bumps or they may be thin and pointed in shape they are usually moist, soft, pink to red in color, occurring as a single lesion or clusters that resemble a cauliflower, and not scaly like other warts.

In women, Genital Warts, appear on the external genetalia within the vagina, cervix and around the anus. In men, Genital Warts, usually appear on the tip of the penis, on the scrotum and around anus. Genital warts can also develop on the oral cavity due to oral sex.

Large proportion of Warts disappears spontaneously within two years. Generally, the main criterion for treatment of warts is cosmetic one, if it is found to be embarrassing by the sufferer or unpleasant to others.

Home Hair Care Remedies That Won't Break The Bank

Hair care is a huge market in today's society. Salons, stylists and hairdressers make a bundle off of keeping your hair looking fabulous. However, it's not without a price. Breathe a little bit easier because now there is a way to get salon-looking hair in the comfort of your own home very inexpensively. More often than not items in our own homes can double as hair care remedies such as olive oil, white vinegar and avocados. By using these products you can give your hair the essential nutrients it needs, add volume, boost shine and preserve your natural hair color. Now who doesn't want that?

Dry, rough hair is usually the result of an unhealthy scalp. This can also lead to dandruff and split ends, unsightly problems that we all hate. Give your hair its health back with an all-natural scalp treatment. If you have excessively oil hair, dampen a cotton ball in witch hazel (available at your local vitamin shop or natural health food store). Dab the cotton ball along your hairline and part your hair. Rinse you hair thoroughly with cool water. The witch hazel draws out the oil leaving you with beautiful looking hair. If you have dandruff problem, fight the flakes with tea tree oil. Add 5 drips into your shampoo. When you use it skip the conditioner that day. Your scalp may be sensitive so use a detangler at the ends of your hair only. Always check your scalp for burns or cuts before doing a scalp treatment because they can be easily irritated.

Is your hair dull and lifeless? Do you want your hair to have volume and bounce? Well look no further than your kitchen. In a small bowl mix one egg yolk, half a cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 small ripe avocados. Mix and apply directly to your head and hair. Leave on for 1-2 hours or until hardened. Shampoo and condition normally. Fore extra bounce blot hair dry with a paper towel. This procedure can be applied to bangs or small pieces of hair if you are short on time.

Olive oil and jojoba oil can be used as a mask to reinvigorate your hairs natural beauty. To start apply 1/4 cup of olive oil or jojoba oil to hair starting at the roots all the way to the ends. Leave on for 1 hour. Additional heat from a blow dryer can be applied to the ends of your hair only to allow the oil to penetrate the hair deeper. Apply shampoo over your hair before it is wet to dissolve the oil faster.

Sun and water systems can cause hair color to fade, change or diminish. To restore and preserve hair color mix a 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar and 1/2 cup filtered water. Pour over hair and rinse with cool water. If the vinegar emits too strong a smell add a few drops of lavender essential oils. This will keep your color from changing or fading.
